Welcome to EveryUGC. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Platform Services

EveryUGC acts as a directory and discovery platform connecting User-Generated Content (UGC) creators with brands and agencies.

• We do not act as an agent, employer, or representative for any creator.
• We are not a party to any contract or transaction negotiated between a brand and a creator.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services provided by creators on the platform.

2. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service for promotional and operational purposes. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Uploading explicit, offensive, or illegal content.
• Engaging in any automated data collection (scraping, mining, etc.) without our express written consent.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service or compromising system security.

5. Termination and Moderation

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All creator profiles are subject to manual review and approval by EveryUGC administrators. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any profile at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EveryUGC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
